OTR Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Newcastle, NSW to support day-to-day store operations and lead a small team in delivering outstanding customer service. You will assist with rostering, stock control, reporting and uphold health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, strong communication, a passion for coaching others, and a cooperative approach to drive sales and operational excellence across our retail network.
