RAH DINING in Melbourne is recruiting a Sous Chef to help build the kitchen from the ground up for a Silk Road-inspired degustation and à la carte menu, opening in November. You’ll be in the room during final menu shaping, ordering, and supplier selection, working closely with the Head Chef to shape the kitchen's direction.

The role requires 2+ years as a Sous Chef or a solid Senior CDP, comfort with dietary adaptations, and full working rights in Australia.
