Steer Dining Room in Melbourne is seeking a skilled bartender to prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks with speed and precision.

You will maintain a clean, stocked bar and provide outstanding customer service while collaborating with the kitchen to ensure seamless service. RSA required within 30 days; role starts within two weeks. 30–36 hours per week, Tue–Sat evenings.
