Employment: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Package: Base salary + superannuation + performance bonus + company vehicle + company laptop and phone.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, experienced Sales Representative to join our Hastings team, with a strong focus on winning new business and developing long-term customer relationships.

You’ll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, grow your customer base and make a genuine impact on the business.

Steel industry experience is highly regarded but not essential. We're open to robust salespeople from other industries who have the right attitude, commercial mindset and drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify,



pursue and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop your sales pipeline and grow revenue.
- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for further growth.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Working closely in the current sales team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

About You

- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to winning new customers.
- Commercially minded, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
- Steel or industrial sales experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
