What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and precision

Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area to ensure efficient operations

Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Adhering to food safety and liquor licensing regulations at all times

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate must be obtained within 30 days of commencement

Must be available to commence within 2 weeks of job offer

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Inventory management and stock control

Preparation of spirit infusions, cocktail batches, garnishes - ensuring everything is in date and within stock par levels

Polishing of Cutlery, Plates and Glassware

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cocktail bartender or similar role in a high-volume hospitality setting

Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, and liquor products

Demonstrated knowledge of extended classics cocktail repertoire including advanced mixing techniques

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly,



outgoing personality

Ability to work efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Proven track record of adhering to food safety and liquor licensing regulations

Enthusiastic and passionate about the hospitality industry

Hours: 30-36 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday evenings (we are closed Sundays & Mondays)
