This is theperfect opportunity for a Building Manager or Property Manager who is looking to broaden their skills and step further into the operational side of building management within a leading national brand.

About the Role

As aRelief Building Manager , you will be provided with full onsite training and work across multiple Meriton buildings in Brisbane, supporting our experienced Building Management team.

- Overseeing theday-to-day operations of assigned buildings
- Liaising with contractors and coordinatingmaintenance and repairs
- Conductingsite inspections and assisting withleasing activities
- Ensuring a high level ofcustomer service and resident satisfaction




- Supporting building managers during periods of leave or increased workload

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 1–2 years’ experience inProperty or Building Management
- Preferably Leasing experience and acurrent Real Estate Certificate or License
- A solid understanding of Strata and Body Corporate processes
- Availability to work Saturdays (4 hours) for leasing activities and be on-call for occasional after-hours issues
- A proactive approach, solid communication skillsand acustomer-first mindset
- The ability to travel between Brisbane buildings as required
