Kattsafe is Australia's leading height safety and access solutions provider, and we're looking for a skilled Aluminium Manual Welder to join our afternoon shift team in Boronia.
Working with industry-leading Fronius welding equipment , you'll be responsible for welding and fabricating aluminium components to engineering specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:30pm - 10:00pm

About the Role
Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, you will:
- Perform MIG welding of aluminium components and assemblies
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols
- Mark out, cut, drill, prepare and fabricate components
- Complete quality inspections and testing of finished products
- Ensure fabrication work meets company quality standards
- Identify and report product defects or issues
- Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures
- Support production activities within a collaborative team environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Trade qualification in Engineering, Fabrication, Boilermaking, Welding or a related field
- Proven experience welding aluminium
- Experience using MIG welding equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience
