Sofitel Melbourne On Collins is seeking a Breakfast Chef de Partie to lead the breakfast kitchen, delivering high standards, artful presentation and a luxurious guest experience in No35 restaurant.

You will manage a team, oversee the breakfast buffet, ensure food safety and HACCP compliance, and collaborate with the wider culinary team to sustain excellence across a busy hotel breakfast service.
