The Salvation Army Employment Plus (EPlus) at our Gungahlin site in Australia is seeking a capable case manager to work with participants in the Workforce Australia program, helping them overcome barriers to employment and transition into the workforce.

You will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with job seekers, identify barriers, and support them with tools to secure sustainable outcomes, while contributing to our KPI targets in a supportive not-for-profit workplace.
