The Opportunity

We have Commis / Demi / CdP positions available on a full-time or part-time basis.

We’re looking for talented, driven individuals with a creative edge, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for the culinary industry, who are eager to develop their skills and grow within our team.

Our successful candidate will have:

- Minimum one year of experience in a venue of a similar calibre.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher.
- Robust knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.




- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong planning, organisational skills and work ethic.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Clear, professional and effective communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during high‑pressure service periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
