Coast Shelter is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Youth Program on the Central Coast. This role supports vulnerable young people, helping them participate in daily routines, access services, and develop skills for independent living in a protected, trauma-informed environment.
You will work across six youth refuges, cover day, afternoon and sleepover shifts, and collaborate with families and community partners while ensuring accurate documentation and respectful, person-centred support.
