AnchorEd is seeking Casual Relief and Fixed-Term/Ongoing Teachers for 2027 for both primary and secondary levels on behalf of several Independent schools in Melbourne’s, Mornington Peninsula, south-east and bayside regions. For Casual Roles we are seeking for Expressions of Interest from generalist VIT qualified teachers to work within the Christian independent school sector.





We are seeking educators who:

- Foster engaging, inclusive and innovative learning environments
- Inspire students through energetic, compassionate teaching
- Contribute to a collaborative staff culture committed to continuous improvement
- Model and support the ethos of the school

You bring:

- VIT registration (full or provisional) essential; current CRTs welcome
- Demonstrated alignment with and support for Christian education
- Strong subject knowledge and contemporary pedagogy for Years 7–12
- Excellent classroom management, communication and teamwork
- A child-safety mindset and familiarity with the Victorian Child Safe Standards
- (Desirable)Current First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma training; experience with evidence-informed practice and data-driven differentiation
