Full-Time | Dubbo, NSW & Travel to Client Homes Required
Annual Salary: $68,300 – $72,500+

This is a rewarding, hands-on role for caring professionals who are passionate about supporting older people and people with disability in the community.

About the Role

As anAged / Disability Care Worker , you will provide person‑centred in‑home support to clients across Dubbo and surrounding areas. The role requires travel between client homes.

In line withANZSCO – Aged or Disabled Carer , your key duties will include:

- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and daily living activities
- Supporting client mobility and physical assistance where required
- Preparing meals and providing general household assistance
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
- Accompanying clients to appointments,



social activities, and community outings

About You

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

- MinimumCertificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
- Minimum1 year relevant work experience
Experienced in part-time or casual roles will be considered
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Solid communication skills and a compassionate, reliable approach to care
- Ability to work independently while following care plans and organisational policies
