Allied Express is seeking a seasoned Head of People & Culture to lead the people agenda across two Freightways Group entities. Reporting to the CEO and partnering with senior teams, you’ll shape strategy, culture and leadership capability in a fast-paced, multi-site workplace.

You’ll translate priorities into practical people plans, drive organisational change, mentor the P&C; team and provide confident guidance on employee relations and risk, building a high-trust, commercially aware culture.
