Community First Bank is seeking a Head of First Party Lending to lead Mobile Lending, Contact Centre Lending and Retention, delivering responsible growth and solid member outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will set standards, coach leaders, and partner with risk, operations and product to simplify lending and strengthen the member relationship across direct channels.
