The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead its Australian business into a new phase of growth. This pivotal role is focused on developing and executing a robust strategic plan to ensure year-on-year profitable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for full P&L; leadership, customer engagement, and will work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to drive product innovation and diversify the customer base, particularly in regulated industries such as defence and aerospace. Additionally, the role involves improving operational performance, shaping the capital investment plan, and managing global procurement and supply chain to support future growth.Candidates for the Managing Director position should be highly commercial, with a background in growing complex B2B manufacturing organizations. Experience in electronics or electrical manufacturing is highly valuable,



and exposure to regulated industries such as defence, medical devices, medtech, or aerospace is also a significant advantage. The role requires a leader with exceptional operational discipline, robust coaching style, and the ability to develop leaders and build shared accountability across all business functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior leadership role, such as MD, CEO, EGM, COO, or GM, and must be based in Melbourne or willing to relocate.
