Could suit a STEM/Business/Econ head of department; to mid-career deputy looking to step up; to a latter career change-agent who gets what wrong with the factory and can see what's right for the future.

There is nothing modern about up-to-date education. It was due a refit years ago. It now needs a wholesale rebuild. No longer a strategic choice; an existential imperative and Westbourne has been on the case for ~10 years; we've got this!

With more awards (mostly for innovation) than we can poke a stick at, we are looking for a partner to help keep us at the leading (if not bleeding) edge of innovation and drive our Sydney, and UK and Singapore, schools further on this crazy AI-enabled ride.

This is not a role for the faint-hearted. We have no desire to be big; just very, very good.

We are already, so you have a leg up.





But you will need to own it and throw every ounce of your heart and soul into it.

Thing don't come to those who wait. Decisions are made by those who step up.

And change happens through those who ACT. So you have to be all-in. You will be hands-on at every level.

Reasonable, intelligent people could disagree with the above; and opine that it is all bluff and bluster.
