Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking a Grade 4 (Lead) Clinical Pharmacist to head the surgical clinical pharmacy team across surgical units and perioperative areas. You will provide clinical leadership, support Grade 3 Senior Pharmacists, and drive service improvements in a collaborative, supportive workplace.

You will oversee delivery of high-quality, efficient clinical pharmacy services, mentor staff, and contribute to after-hours and weekend coverage within RMH’s Parkville precinct.
