Newmont is seeking a Lead, Health and Safety to shape a safe, healthy, high-performing environment at the Tanami mine in remote Australia. You will drive industrial hygiene programs, implement risk-based safety controls, and lead a high-performing HSE team.

You will work with the Director, Health, Safety and Workplace and collaborate across operations to embed best practices, monitor regulatory compliance, and continuously improve safety culture.
