An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor who wants to be part of an iconic project working with an established high performing team.

Our client is a highly regarded Tier 2 builder with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects. They are looking to strengthen their site team with a supervisor who can take ownership, make decisions and keep things moving.

You’ll be working closely with an experienced Site Manager & Project Manager, leading the day-to-day delivery of your section of the project.

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor
- Must have experience with a head contractor delivering projects up $50M+
- End-to-end project experience
- Confident coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades
- Strong construction knowledge and an understanding of sequencing, programming, and site logistics




- The confidence to identify problems early and find practical solutions
- Solid communication skills and the ability to build relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the broader project team
- A can-do attitude - someone that’s whiling to learn and take a proactive approach on a day to day
- Hold a degree in Construction Management or something similar
