About the Company
This is a well‑known, fast‑growing coaching and business growth company based in Sydney. They help ambitious founders scale, and their client base generated over $1 billion in revenue last year, so this is a business operating at genuine scale, not a small operation working with tiny sample sizes. They’ve built a strong reputation as a great place to work and continue to grow across multiple markets.
Why This Job
This is a rare chance to own conversion for a business where lead volume is genuinely not the constraint. The team already generates solid lead flow. Your job is to make sure more of those leads turn into booked, attended sales conversations. Every improvement you make unlocks bigger ad budgets and faster growth, and the role is built to grow with the business as it scales.
