SHAPE Australia is seeking a Project Manager in Melbourne to lead protected, profitable, and timely delivery from preconstruction through to defects liability. You will develop construction programmes, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and coordinate delivery with clients and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in building industry, with 2–5 years in commercial PM, experience on projects $5M+, and strong knowledge of head/subcontracts, cost reporting and programming.
