Asahi Beverages in Melbourne is seeking an Operational Readiness Manager to drive a recent, highly automated distribution centre in VIC. You will lead readiness activities, coordinating site, systems, people and processes to ensure safe, efficient go-live and stabilisation.
You will bridge program planning with on-the-ground execution, manage commissioning, dry runs and UAT, and help scale readiness approaches for future sites across QLD and NSW.
