Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint on the Gold Coast are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our agile Food & Beverage team. You will work alongside our Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, develop menus and present dishes with flair across outlets and events.

We value hands-on cooks with a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery, a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain), HACCP knowledge, and at least 2 years' experience in high-volume or premium dining
