Mills Oakley is seeking a Lawyer or Associate (2-4 years’ PQE) to join the Sydney Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team, working with Marc Rossi and a diverse client base including major banks, financial institutions and corporate entities.
You will contribute to recoveries work, enforcement actions, dispute resolution, litigation, insolvency and restructuring matters, with a team-oriented approach and strong drafting and advocacy skills.
