Abundance Healthcare Group is seeking an motivated NDIS Service Coordinator to help participants implement their plans and grow business partnerships in Sydney. You will coordinate high-quality, person-centred supports, while ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.

You will build referral networks, deliver outreach and presentations, and drive growth through partnerships with participants, families, and referrers. A solid strategic mindset and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
