commercially‑minded leader with strong global supply chain expertise.Ideally, you will bring:Extensive experience in a Global Supply Chain Manager (or senior supply chain leadership) role within eCommerce, retail, or DTC environments.Proven success managing end‑to‑end global supply chains , including strategy, planning, forecasting, procurement, logistics, distribution, and fulfilment.Deep knowledge of warehousing, international logistics, 3PL management, and up-to-date inventory systems/technology.Experience overseeing supply chain operations across APAC, China and the USA (highly regarded).Strong leadership capability , with experience managing onshore and offshore teams.Excellent stakeholder management skills , with the ability to partner directly with C‑suite and cross‑functional leaders.A continuous improvement mindset with experience driving efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence initiatives.Strong analytical capability , using data to inform decisions and optimise global performance.Sound understanding of compliance, ethical sourcing, and supply chain governance.Qualifications: MBA degree AND/OR Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related fieldHow to ApplyApply here or email [email protected] with your updated CV!We’d love to hear from candidates with full working rights in Australia.W: www.createcareers.com.au#J-18808-Ljbffr
