Salary: $180,000 – $240,000

Head of Operations, Design & Construction This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and to a consistently high standard. Working closely with the Director and senior team, you will provide strong operational leadership across people, projects, processes, commercial performance and business systems.Key responsibilitiesLeading and managing the day-to-day operations of the businessOverseeing project delivery from commencement through to completionEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standardsMonitoring project performance, costs, margins, cash flow and overall commercial outcomesDeveloping and implementing effective systems, processes and operational proceduresWorking closely with project managers, designers, site teams, suppliers and subcontractorsIdentifying operational and commercial risks and implementing practical solutionsEstablishing clear KPIs and reporting frameworks across the businessDriving accountability, efficiency and continuous improvementSupporting workforce planning, recruitment and team developmentAbout youProven experience in a senior operations, general management or leadership role within construction, design & construct,
