We’re exclusively partnering with a fast-growing global FS/Trading firm to hire a Head of Growth Analytics – a pivotal senior role with direct CEO visibility and ownership of the entire marketing intelligence function.This is a rare chance to build and lead a high-performing analytics team for a team with a strong global footprint.Responsibilities:Define and execute the full marketing analytics strategy; recruit and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to inform investment and campaign decisions.Own advanced attribution modelling (multi-touch, probabilistic, marketing mix) to measure true incrementality and ROI.Leverage AI/ML for customer lifetime value prediction, churn modelling, journey optimization, anomaly detection, budget allocation, and energetic segmentation.Implement generative AI tools to automate insight generation,



provide natural-language summaries, personalize recommendations, and enhance creative performance testing.Manage end-to-end data infrastructure (AppsFlyer, Databricks, Google Marketing Platform, BigQuery); maintain strict data quality, governance, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, ATT).Build executive-facing Tableau dashboards, real-time automated reports, and actionable presentations.ProfileDeep expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modelling (MTA/probabilistic), MMM, and applied AI/ML.Proficient with AppsFlyer, Databricks, GMP, BigQuery, SQL, Tableau (hands-on required).Strong knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and governance frameworks.Exceptional ability to translate complex technical findings into explicit business recommendations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
