Salary: $180,000 – $260,000

We are interest in experienced and commercially driven General Manager's to lead the launch and ongoing success of a strategically significant new customer partnerships within the retail sector .This role will provide end-to-end accountability for the successful mobilisation, go-live and performance of a large-scale, highly automated distribution operation. Working in partnership with the customer and internal DSC leadership, you will establish operational excellence, build a high-performing culture and deliver outstanding customer, people and financial outcomes.This opportunity is suited to a proven leader with experience delivering complex start-ups, leading large operational teams and driving performance within fast-paced supply chain environments.Responsibilities Managing, retaining and growing current business with an ability to build long term positive relationships with customersLead, coach and drive high performance within the teamStrong leadership in ensuring the safety, culture, welfare, recruitment, retention and development of employeesCommercial focus to maintain and grow gross marginDeveloping KPIs for team members and monitoring and ensuring individual performanceLiaison with key internal and external stakeholdersP&L; Accountability & Financial Acumen – proven ability to manage large budgets, labour costs,
