Operating from premium CBD offices, the firm acts for individuals, businesses and industry leaders across a broad range of practice areas, and has built a genuinely collegial culture around technical excellence and client care.THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join at Senior Associate level within a well-regarded Family Law practice that regularly handles complex, high-net-worth matters. A distinguishing feature of this practice is its close connection to the firm's commercial team: many family law matters involve a business or corporate structure, and navigating the division of matrimonial assets without damaging the value of the underlying business is a regular and interesting feature of the work.This is a genuine hybrid role. While your primary focus will be Family Law, you will also spend a meaningful portion of your time - starting at around 25% and potentially more, depending on workflow - working on General Commercial matters, predominantly transactional and advisory in nature,
