They’re one of the most active businesses in the country when it comes to setting up new funds, and with significant growth ahead, the legal team is expanding.The roleReporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you’ll lead legal matters across the full lifecycle of the group’s investment products, including:Product development, establishment and launchOngoing operation, amendments, restructures and terminationsDisclosure documents, fund constitutions and trust deedsRegulatory change and its impact on products and processesInstructing and managing external counsel on significant mattersSupporting broader corporate,
