Merri-bek City Council is seeking a dynamic leader to join the City Amenity Unit. The successful candidate will work closely with the Unit Manager and Crew Leaders to coordinate City Amenity Services and supervise the crews responsible for Precinct Cleaning, Drainage & Infrastructure Cleaning, and Amenity Teams.

You will manage rostering, safety, workplace and quality outcomes, and empower your team to deliver top‑standard service in a fast-paced, community‑facing environment.
