Illusions Lingerie is looking for a skilled and compassionate Bra Fitter to join our close-knit, family-run team. With over four decades of fitting experience, we’re known for our personalised service, expert knowledge, and genuine care for every person who walks through our doors.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused retail setting and understands that a great fit isn’t just about measurements - it’s about listening, trust, and comfort. You’ll be fitting a diverse range of customers - many of which travel across the state for our fittings - including everyday bra fittings, sports bras, plus size, maternity, first bras, shapewear, and gender-affirming fittings.

What You’ll Do Day to Day

- Welcome customers warmly and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
- Provide expert, respectful bra fittings across our full range of products
- Complete sales on a POS system
- Unbox, price, and hang new stock
- Maintain general cleaning of the store

What It Takes

Must Have:

- Previous bra fitting experience in a retail environment
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to build genuine rapport
- Confidence discussing fit, comfort, and providing customer focused solutions
- Ability to work in a small team
- Weekend availability
