Infinikey Consulting is a boutique operating-model consultancy for Australia’s mid-market, working with construction, field service and care businesses.

Every client relationship starts with our Transformation Diagnostic: a fixed-scope, 2 to 4 week engagement that maps where operating control is breaking down and delivers a 90-day plan.

The role

You’ll run Transformation Diagnostics directly with clients as our Associate, Transformation Diagnostics, working alongside a senior consultant on every engagement. You’ll interview owners, leadership teams and operators, walk the work end to end, and draft the diagnostic findings and recommendations the leadership team acts on.

Project-based, typically 8 to 12 days across a 2 to 4 week engagement, with a growing pipeline for the right person. Diagnostics regularly lead into redesign and implementation work, so solid delivery here opens the door to larger end-to-end engagements with us.
