What's Brewing?

As Café

- Manager, you'll be the person who keeps the coffee flowing, customers smiling and your team firing on all cylinders. You'll take ownership of the café operation, balance the business essentials and make sure the customer experience is always front and centre.

- You understand stock, ordering, inventory, waste, rostering and labour costs.

- You're happy to jump between barista service, customer service, sandwich and smoothie preparation, and keeping the café clean and organised.

- Food safety, hygiene and workplace safety are second nature to you.

Desired Skills And Experience

What You'll Need

- Previous café, retail or store management experience.
- Strong barista skills and a passion for quality coffee.
- Experience leading and developing teams in a quick-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence managing stock, waste, rosters and labour costs.
- A Food Safety Supervisor qualification and RSA.
- Availability for early starts from 4:30 am when rostered.
