About The Role
You’ll deliver a personal shopping experience, helping customers find the right fit and pieces for every occasion.
Your Day Will Include
- Helping customers with fit, styling and product selection
- Working towards individual and concession sales targets
- Building relationships with new and returning customers
- Processing sales and assisting with stock movements
- Keeping the concession well stocked and beautifully presented
- Supporting the team during weekends and peak trade periods
About You
Desired Skills and Experience
You’ll Bring
- Retail or customer service experience
- Confidence engaging with customers and making recommendations
- An interest in menswear, fashion and styling
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong presentation and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak periods
