Role Description:

The Construction Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Western Sydney Area. This role is responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their property goals, and presenting tailored granny flat strategies that align with budget, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-person and phone consultations, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating site visits, and collaborating with design and construction teams to ensure accurate project scoping. The consultant will manage leads through the sales pipeline, maintain detailed records in CRM systems, and follow up with clients to support a smooth, transparent decision-making process.



This role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing updates, and seeking feedback to drive continuous improvement in service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with experience guiding clients through complex construction or property decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible terms.
- Beneficial qualifications include experience in residential construction or property development, knowledge of local building regulations, and familiarity with granny flat projects.
