CRM Campaign Coordinator

North Ryde, NSW

Are you passionate about marketing, customer engagement and bringing campaigns to life? Freedom is looking for a CRM Campaign Coordinator to help deliver impactful customer communications across Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with the CRM & Loyalty Manager and wider Customer team, you'll coordinate and execute email, SMS and MMS campaigns, manage the promotional CRM calendar, collaborate with creative teams and support campaign performance reporting and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS and MMS
- Manage the day-to-day promotional CRM calendar
- Develop and coordinate creative briefs and campaign requirements
- Build, test, schedule and deploy campaigns with a high degree of accuracy
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting insights
- Ensure all campaigns meet brand, legal and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging customer communications





About You

- 1+ years' experience in a CRM, marketing or campaign coordination role

- Experience executing marketing campaigns, including eDM, direct marketing and/or social campaigns
- Robust attention to detail and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for marketing and customer experience
