We're seeking customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join our team on a casual basis through to March, supporting our peak retail period.

About The Prospect

You'll be supporting customers across phone, email, live chat and social media. You'll join a friendly and supportive team based in our Chadstone Support Office, helping deliver exceptional service when our customers need us most.

How You’ll Spend Your Day:

- Assisting customers with enquiries on orders, products, deliveries, and returns
- Coordinating with delivery partners to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Providing support to our stores and internal teams
- Completing admin and ad hoc tasks to keep things running smoothly

- A genuine passion for helping people
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service, retail or contact centre experience
- A positive, adaptable and team-focused approach
- Availability to work Monday-Friday and some weekends
