Delivery Lead | Simpology | Hybrid

Simpology is growing, and we’re establishing a dedicated Delivery function to strengthen how we deliver value to our lender clients.

We’re looking for a Delivery Lead who can bring people together, build strong client relationships, and drive successful delivery outcomes from onboarding new lenders to rolling out innovative features for existing clients.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership, shape our delivery approach, and help build the foundations for a scalable, high-performing Delivery function.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end delivery: Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and successful handovers to Customer Success.

Build trusted client relationships: Be the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout implementations and feature rollouts, ensuring clear communication and realistic expectations.

Bring teams together: Coordinate our subject matter experts, engineering squads, and business stakeholders to maintain momentum and achieve shared outcomes.

Drive proactive problem-solving: Identify risks early, navigate challenges,



and present practical solutions and options.

Shape our delivery framework: Help establish the processes, standards, and playbooks that define what excellent delivery looks like at Simpology.

Continuously improve: Identify opportunities to improve delivery predictability, collaboration, and the overall client experience.

What You’ll Bring

Experience leading teams, engaging people, and bringing out the best in others.

Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills, including the confidence to navigate difficult conversations.

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.

A pragmatic, adaptable approach to delivery, knowing when to apply structure and when to tailor the process to the situation.

A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on delivering outcomes.

Nice to have: Experience in lending, mortgages, financial services, or fintech. Familiarity with Jira and Agile delivery practices is beneficial, but we’re happy to support you in developing these skills.
