Help Families Find Their Way Through Home Care When an ageing parent or loved one needs support, families are often faced with unfamiliar choices at an already difficult time. They need more than information. They need a knowledgeable local person who will listen, explain their options and help them take the next step with confidence.

Dovida is growing a network of independent Sales Agents across Australia. We are looking for experienced relationship builders who want to use their commercial skills to help more people access trusted, person-centred care at home.

As a Dovida Sales Agent, you will build strong community and healthcare relationships, guide families through their care options and connect them with appropriate Dovida services. You will be supported by Dovida’s training, systems, marketing resources and local care teams.

What You’ll Do

- Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, community organisations and local networks.
- Speak with individuals and families to understand what matters to them.
- Explain home care options clearly, sensitively and without pressure.
- Conduct care consultations and help families identify suitable support.
- Provide a warm handover to the local Dovida care team.
- Become a knowledgeable and trusted home care specialist in your community.
- Grow your business through strong relationships, responsiveness and referrals.

You May Be a Great Fit If You

- Have experience in sales, business development, healthcare, aged care or community engagement.
- Build rapport easily and enjoy developing long-term relationships. Have exceptional people skills, able to connect, build trust and rapport quickly, and enjoy developing long-term relationships.
- Listen well and communicate effectively, sharing complex information complex information in a reassuring way.
- Are confident handling consultative and sensitive conversations.

- Want to build a commercially sustainable business that also advantages your community.

Previous aged-care experience is helpful but not essential. Your ability to connect with people, build trust and treat each family as individuals is what matters most.

This is a commission-based independent-contractor opportunity. It is not an employee position or a franchise. You will focus on community relationships, care consultations and introducing new clients. Dovida’s local care teams are responsible for caregiver matching, care delivery, quality and ongoing care management.
