About The Role You’ll be the warm and welcoming face of our restaurant or events team – delivering memorable dining experiences and genuine hospitality. You’ll work closely with the F&B; or Banquets Manager, learning as you go, and making every guest feel like a regular. This Role Will Suit You If
- You enjoy chatting with people and making them feel at home
- You’re curious about food, wine, and local produce
- You’re well-presented and reliable
- You hold a current RSA (or are willing to get one)
- You have your own transport and unrestricted work rights in Australia
- You want to work with a great team who are friendly and welcoming
- You are available to work on weekends and special public holidays, including (but not limited to) Christmas, Easter, and Current Year’s Eve.
About Us Lancemore Macedon Ranges is a dedicated events and meeting hotel set on 274 acres of Australian bush, combining 72 guest rooms, a Halliday-rated vineyard and an elegant restaurant with rustic charm and acclaimed service. Cleveland Estate is a boutique winery and accommodation property in Lancefield, offering 50 vineyard-view suites, a historic 1887 Homestead, an underground Cellar Door and the Carriage House Restaurant.
