Role Summary

You’ll help create memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality, exceptional service and meaningful guest connections. From welcoming guests and taking orders to delivering meals and beverages with care, you’ll play an important part in making each experience enjoyable. Working as one team, you’ll bring positive energy to every shift, take pride in the details and contribute to an atmosphere where great food, great service and genuine hospitality come together.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

- Welcome guests with warm, professional and attentive service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and offer helpful, knowledgeable menu recommendations.




- Deliver meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent table service.
- Build genuine connections by listening to guests, anticipating their needs and helping create memorable moments.
- Prepare, reset and maintain dining areas so they remain clean, organised and welcoming.
- Build your product knowledge so you can confidently assist guests and enhance their experience.
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to keep service running smoothly, particularly during busy periods.
- Respond to guest requests and routine enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Stay calm, positive and solutions-focused as service needs change.
- Follow relevant workplace health and safety, food safety and responsible service requirements.
- Contribute to a respectful, inclusive and supportive team setting.

- The ability to stay organised and composed while balancing multiple priorities.
- A willingness to learn, take feedback on board and continually build your food and beverage knowledge.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous hospitality, food service or customer service experience is preferred.
- Confidence using POS systems and handling customer transactions is advantageous.

Qualifications, Certifications & Licences

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, where required.
- Food Safety or Food Handling certification, where required.
- A Hospitality or Food & Beverage qualification is advantageous, but not essential.
