Key responsibilities

- Managing supplier correspondence and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Processing incoming invoices, ensuring purchase orders are accurately matched, approvals are obtained, and invoice details are verified.
- Preparing and issuing Recipient Created Tax Invoices (RCTIs) in accordance with company requirements.
- Processing weekly supplier payment runs.
- Maintaining supplier records, including the creation and amendment of supplier information within financial systems.
- Processing weekly payroll and associated payroll administration activities.
- Providing administrative assistance to our Finance team where required.

- Exhibit the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
- Have a sound level of computer proficiency, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and business software platforms.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a collaborative team member with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Have experience with ERP systems such as SAP and JDE (preferred).
- Apply strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Show initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
