Role Description The AI Developer role at Infodot Pty Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Melbourne, VIC. The AI Developer will design, build, and maintain AI-driven solutions that enhance business applications and support data-informed decision-making. Daily responsibilities include developing and testing machine learning and neural network models, implementing natural language processing (NLP) features, and integrating AI components into existing software systems.

The role involves collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, optimize performance, and ensure robust, secure deployments.



The AI Developer will also monitor production systems, analyze system behavior, and refine models based on feedback and new data.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Computer Science and practical experience in Software Development.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition in real-world applications.
- Applied knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data modeling, algorithms, and performance optimization for large-scale systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience deploying AI solutions to production environments and working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
