? Your Role: Assistant Store Manager

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play an important role in leading the Brisbane Arcade team and delivering an exceptional experience.

You'll Bring

- Previous retail leadership experience, ideally within a premium or high-volume retail environment
- A passion for coaching, developing and bringing out the best in your team
- A customer-first mindset and a love for creating memorable experiences
- Robust commercial awareness and the drive to achieve results
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Confidence working collaboratively with your Store Manager and wider leadership team
