We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our site-based team.

The HRBP will work closely with site-based management and leadership to ensure HR practices and processes support the needs of the business. They will provide strategic HR advice, coaching and guidance on a range of complex people-related matters, while leading the delivery of tailored HR initiatives that support business unit priorities and align with the company’s overall objectives.

This position operates on 5 days on 2 days off / 4 days on 3 days roster FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Geraldton.

To be successful in the role, the following is essential:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments and HR policies, with sound judgement and analytical skills
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and partnerships across all levels of the organisation
- Robust consultancy, coaching and advisory skills to address complex people matters and deliver strategic organisational development solutions
- Excellent analytical,



organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams

To be eligible to apply for this role you must be legally permitted to work permanently in Australia. Key Duties include (but are not limited to):

- Partner with stakeholders to deliver key organisational initiatives
- Lead HR investigations, ensuring fairness, confidentiality and compliance
- Support organisational development through gap analysis and action planning
- Manage workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work processes
- Drive site improvements and strengthen stakeholder relationships
- Deliver HR projects aligned with operational priorities
- Coach Site and Port leaders to enhance leadership and people management
- Guide managers on performance and complex HR matters
- Provide advice on employee and industrial relations
- Identify and mitigate people-related risks
- Ensure HR compliance and promote effective workplace relationships
