Lion is home to brands including XXXX, Tooheys, Hahn, Stone & Wood and James Squire. We bring together iconic brands, craft and innovation, and we’re looking for a Insights Manager to help our teams understand consumers and make confident decisions about what comes next.
Based in Sydney, you’ll work across our Australian core, premium and craft beer portfolios. Partnering with Brand, Innovation, Connections, Sales and Category teams, you’ll help turn consumer, shopper and cultural insight into stronger brand strategies, innovation and commercial outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research that answers important business and brand questions.
- Translate research, market intelligence and emerging consumer trends into clear, practical recommendations.
- Partner with Brand, Connections and Innovation teams to bring consumer insight into planning and execution.
- Influence brand planning, innovation pipelines and longer-term strategy.
- Build strong relationships with research agencies and internal stakeholders, helping teams get the most from their insight investment.
- Champion thoughtful, evidence-based decision-making across Marketing.
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in consumer, shopper or cultural insights.
- Experience from both agency and client-side environments desirable
- Confidence shaping research, interpreting data and presenting a compelling story.
- The ability to communicate insights clearly, influence senior stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- Curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to move between strategic priorities and detailed project work.
