ABOUT THE ROLE
Entering a new phase of growth for the business, we are currently seeking an Internal Sales/Customer Service specialist to join our high-achieving sales team based out of our Newcastle NSW branch.
Do you enjoy providing outstanding customer service and have experience within Hydraulics, Industrial or a similar industry? In this position you will be required to provide premier customer service and offer timely solutions in resolving enquires with our valued internal and external customers. You will work with a talented team in a collaborative, supportive workplace where your contributions are valued.

Full time Mon-Fri 830am - 5pm role. Annual salary of $65,000 - $75,000 + super (Based on experience)

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare customer quotes as required
- Process customer orders and invoices as required
- Assist new customers with product selection
- Answer telephones and respond to our clients’ queries which may include following up orders, responding to complaints or providing technical support
- Sourcing & offering alternative products
- Processing all specific customer credits from start to finish
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Experience with the hydraulics industry highly regarded
- Extensive experience in customer service, technical or support functions
